CEEB and ACT Code 070938

One of the most comprehensive Resource Centers in Fairfield County, The Center works closely with the WHS Counseling Department and provides resources for all WHS students and parents. The Center is staffed by a full-time coordinator and a dedicated group of parent volunteers in the fall. It supplements many counseling services provided by the school counselors and is under the direction of the Counseling Department’s Instructional Leader.

Available are extensive college and university files along with Post Graduate school year, art, music, culinary arts and alternative schools programs. Browse through resume writing information, and summer opportunities. Obtain scholarship, financial aid information, SAT - ACT testing information and testing/tutoring services. Family Connection powered by Naviance, our counseling management system for parents and students, is available to assist the student, parent and counselor in discovering Post High School planning opportunities.

The Center is also host to College Admission Representatives during the fall. Junior and Senior students are highly encouraged to meet with these Reps. Scheduling appointments at WHS during the school day, the Reps meet with prospective applicants to their college; these Reps are often the “readers” of the student’s application. Visits are published on your Family Connection powered by Naviance account, and updated numerous times a day.

The College Career Resource Center Website @ www.wiltonhighschool.org is updated with information exclusively for Wilton High School parents and students. Click “College/Career Center” and discover guidelines for the college application process, links to online resources and much more. Tweeting numerous times a day, follow the Center’s Twitter account @CollegeWHS for important college, university and career updates and announcements.

Please remember to request permission from your teacher to visit with a Rep.
