Closing / Delays and Early Dismissal Times
Changes for 2020-2021
Dear Parents, Guardians and Caregivers,
While the recent weather pattern has afforded us some very mild days, it appears as though that pattern is poised to turn later this week. Below you will find information detailing the district’s plans for inclement weather days. Thursday may be our first opportunity to operationalize this plan. As you may be aware, the State Board of Education is allowing school districts to utilize remote learning to avoid weather-related closures. It is our intention to take advantage of that opportunity. Please read carefully and plan accordingly.
There are a number of variables that will influence the decision to close outright or hold a remote-learning day. As I typically do on inclement weather days, I’ll make an announcement no later than 5am on the day of the event.
