Mission: The Wilton Public Schools Wellness Committee encourages the well-being of all staff. We believe people who have balanced lives are able to be their best. Our goal is to empower our staff members to care for themselves in the same way they care for their students. The resources we provide are meant to educate and encourage our staff and provide them with places to start at any point in their wellness journey.
A new benefit provided to Wilton Board of Education employees beginning July 1, 2009 is the Employee Assistance Program. We have contracted with Guardian WorkLifeMatters to provide this benefit to our employees and their families. If you need help with marital and family difficulties, emotional stress, addiction, problems at work, elder care, or financial or legal concerns, you can call them at:
Your call is strictly confidential and there is no cost to you. Visit their website for more information (check your district email for the username and password).
