Volunteer Fair: September 21
Wilton Youth Council and Wilton Library invite you to join us at the 2nd Annual Volunteer Fair on September 21, 2025 from 1-4 pm.
Please stop by the Brubeck Room to explore the many volunteer opportunities that are available through organizations in Wilton for all ages.
While many of Wilton’s organizations benefit from and are run by volunteers, we also recognize the health benefits that volunteering brings individuals. Volunteering is shown to improve both physical and mental health and also bring a sense of belonging while building community relationships for volunteers. Further, we recognize that many adults are struggling to build community connections – volunteering is an excellent way to foster and build these relationships.
The current list of participating organizations includes: A Better Chance of Wilton, Connecticut Humane Society, Friends of Ambler Farm, Girl Scouts of Connecticut, Hillside Cemetery & Arboretum, Mianus Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Musical Cheer, Rising Starr Horse Rescue, Riverbrook Regional YMCA- Wilton Branch, SPED*NET, Stay at Home in Wilton, Waveny Visiting Nurse and Hospice, Wilton Candlelight Concerts, Wilton CERT, Wilton Education Foundation, Wilton Democratic Town Committee, Wilton Go Green, Wilton Historical Society, Wilton Interfaith Action Committee (WI-ACT), Wilton Kiwanis, Wilton Land Trust, Wilton Library, Wilton Playshop, Wilton Pride, Wilton Republican Town Committee, Wilton Rotary Club, Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps (WVAC), Wilton Youth Council
